Rockstar Games has brought new things in store for the GTA VI community as it announced the game's much anticipated official cover art and pre-order date.
Primarily being subject to a lot of speculations, theories, and rumors surrounding the franchise's newest successor, Rockstar have made it clear that they have buckled themselves up for its November 19 release date; with no signs of backing out or moving dates.
Following that, the studio doubled down with a surprise drop of both the game's official cover art (which follows the tradition across all the subsequent Grand Theft Auto games, confirming what the front of the physical game disc cover will look like), and the definitive date of its pre-order period across their social media channels.
This news brought immense joy and hype towards the community, stating how the game has been updating their fanbase on a way that it keeps the hype alive amidst the delays, added that its upcoming release will bring a lot of new things to the table that the entire gaming industry has never seen before.
It is expected that the game will generate even higher sales than its predecessor at the opening of its pre-order period, as its prominence and user hype is being constantly cemented as the most anticipated game of today, fueling its profitability even more.
Pre-orders will begin on June 25, 2026, and the official cover artwork for the game is openly downloadable from the media section of the official Grand Theft Auto VI website by Rockstar Games.
Grand Theft Auto VI is the long-awaited sequel of the franchise, which follows the story of protagonists Lucia Caminos and Jason Duval, as they cruise together inside the oblivious, neon-studded world of Vice City. The game hits the shelves on November 19, 2026 for the Playstation 5, and XBOX Series X/S.
