Chinese smartphone maker HONOR unveiled the Magic9 series, consisting of three new flagship smartphones, on September 28 in China. Part of the newly announced flagship trio is the Magic9 Super Edition, which packs a gigantic 11,000mAh battery capacity, alongside flagship essentials seen on its other siblings.

The HONOR Magic9 Super Edition boasts a 6.81-inch OLED display. Comprising 1280 x 2788 pixels, the display is backed by a 120Hz refresh rate, alongside a peak brightness of 10,000 nits, and a 50MP selfie camera in front. Meanwhile, at the back is a triple-camera setup, consisting of 200MP primary, 50MP telephoto, and 12MP ultra-wide camera units.

Keeping the lights on is the aforementioned 11,000mAh battery, paired with a 3nm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset with up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM, a dedicated large vapor chamber and an active cooling fan, and an Android 17-based MagicOS 11 software. The battery charges at 80W wired, 50W wireless, and also has support for 27W reverse wireless charging.
